Mike Regele


Mike Regele brings over 40 years of expertise to MissionInsite. As a CEO, PC(USA) pastor, author, former school board member, and board member of numerous nonprofits, Mr. Regele firmly believes that complex data must be presented in a manner that promotes good understanding and supports actionable solutions. For the last 25 years, Mr. Regele's expertise has focused on applying geo-demographic solutions to the faith-based community that enable leaders to visually see actionable solutions to their most pressing challenges.

Chuck Salter


As President of MissionInsite, Mr. Salter is charged with leading the company as it builds relationships with faith based and nonprofit agencies across North America. As an ordained United Methodist minister, Mr. Salter has over 20 years' experience using community demographic information within faith based institutions. In his roles as church planter and denominational executive responsible for leading congregational development, Mr. Salter has used MissionInsite’s solutions and reporting tools firsthand as growth tools. In his early career Salter was a small business executive in the telecommunications industry and board member of his local school district.

Mr. Salter believes MissionInsite’s innovative solutions are vital to community engagement and is committed to developing solutions that empower organizations to communicate more effectively.

X. Peter Wernett

Senior Vice President

With a passion to provide nonprofit and faith based leaders with the best community based decision support information possible, Peter Wernett brings the perfect combination of business and faith based experiences to MissionInsite. His early professional life was spent in business development providing school products to school districts and colleges. He also served on the Washington, D.C. national staff of The National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International (NCBA CLUSA). Mr. Wernett is also an ordained United Methodist minister with over 25 years of experience in assisting denominations and their churches with ministry development He has served as a local church pastor, a member of the staff of the General Board of Global Ministries, United Methodist Church and the pioneer of small group ministry and lay witness mission innovator in the U.S., Faith at Work.

Mr. Wernett is a long-term member of the Ecumenical Partners Network and relates to national denominational leaders and their regional agencies.

As our Client Development Executive at MissionInsite, Dylan Edwards is charged with connecting clients with the innovative tools MissionInsite provides to help expand their mission, fundraising, and services to the community.  Mr. Edwards has an extensive background working for large and small non-profit organizations and building their community outreach, volunteer, and fundraising capabilities.  He also brings years of solution based sales experience and is highly passionate about providing non-profit and faith based organizations the knowledge they need to expand the vital services they provide in our communities.
