Meet Our Team Members:
Michael B. Regele, CEO
With nearly 20 years of experience in geo-demographic analysis, Regele has long believed that new emerging technologies would provide churches and denominational agencies with better tools for effective analysis of their mission context. Upon his departure from Percept, Inc. (which he co-founded in the late 1980’s) he co-founded a company called DecisionInsite with Dr. Dean Waldfogel, the recently retired superintendent of Irvine Unified School District. Regele and Waldfogel created The DI System™ which provides school district leaders the information they need to make data-driven decisions within the ease of a user-friendly, web-based environment. While DecisionInsite focuses its services on the public school sector, the original design of The DI System™ was intended to allow migration to the church environment. Regele is excited to see the innovative tools and technology of The DI System™ come to life for churches and denominational agencies via MissionInsite. Regele is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church USA. As CEO of MissionInsite, Regele is responsible for guiding system and service innovation.
Chuck Salter, President
Chuck Salter is an ordained United Methodist minister. Salter worked at Percept, Inc. for 10 years as one of the primary business development leaders. He has experience both as a church planter and denominational executive in congregational development. Salter is convinced that MissionInsite brings new critical innovation to the world of church development and to leaders responsible for regional and local mission planning. Salter serves as President of MissionInsite with the responsibility of leading the company as it builds relationships with denominational agencies and churches across North America. He spearheads business development efforts in the Eastern U.S.
Peter Wernett, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Peter Wernett is also an ordained United Methodist minister. Wernett was a principal with Percept, Inc. for 16 years, leading its business development department and served as its president for three years. Joining with Regele and Salter in the development of MissionInsite, his passion is to provide church planners with the best decision support information possible and he believes that The MI System delivers this support. Wernett has multiple relationships across a range of denominations and he works with Salter in a business development capacity, focusing on national denominational agencies and the Western U.S.
